Poultry Production : Industrial Factory Inaugurated In Bamendjou

The Ministers of Livestock and Agriculture were in the West region on July 8, 2025 to officially flag off the industrialized poultry farming cooperative owned by a Cameroonian based in Swiss.

The Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal breeding (MINAPIA) Dr.Taiga, has praised the promoter of an industrialized poultry farming cooperative, known as “Cameroon cooperative production poultry farm, Dr. Pascal Talla, for placing his community, Cameroon public and population interest above those of individuals, adding that  his initiative ties with President Paul  Biya’s wish and appeal to Cameroonians of goodwill to always contribute to the nation’s collective socio-economic wellbeing. Dr. Taiga, who was accompanied to Bamendjou Subdivision, Upper Plateau division of the West region, by his colleague of Agriculture and Rural Development, Gabriel Mbairobe, was speaking in Bamendjou, on July 8, 2025, while separately inaugurating a high standard modern chicken feed milling plant industry in Bamenka and a modern chicken factory where young chickens and layer chickens are breed. He appreciated Dr.Talla, a Cameroonian based in Swiss, for such complementary efforts to come back home to invest in such socio-economic ambitious project that will help maintain and improve renewable assets for future Cameroonians.
